Reservation Policy and General Terms | Story Bar

Thank you for your interest in Story Bar, located in the heart of the MOL Arena. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please read the following reservation conditions.

1. General Reservation Terms
• Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is valid exclusively upon receipt of our confirmation email (or SMS).
• Reservation Duration: We generally hold the table for 2 hours from the agreed time. If you wish to spend more time with us, please inform us of your intention in advance.
• Headcount: Please provide the exact number of people when booking. Due to our capacity limits, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the table size or secure additional seating on site. (Online bookings are for 1–6 guests; for more than 6 guests, please contact us by phone.)

2. Arrival and Late Arrival Conditions
• Timely Arrival: We recommend that you arrive on time to fully enjoy your dining experience.
• Notifying Lateness: If you know you will be late, please inform us immediately by phone at the provided number.
• Holding the Table for Lateness: We will hold your table for a maximum of 20 minutes from the agreed reservation time. If you do not arrive within this timeframe and the delay was not announced in advance, we reserve the right to release the table to other waiting guests.

3. Cancellation Policy (Storno)
• Free Cancellation: You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge no later than 3 hours before the planned arrival. This applies exclusively to reservations for 1 to 6 people.
• Cancellation Procedure: To cancel, please contact us by e-mail at the provided address or by phone at the provided number.
• No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for the reservation ("no-show"), or cancel late (after the free cancellation deadline has passed), and if the reservation was for more than 6 people or for a special event, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €25 per person, or 50% of the anticipated consumption.
